Who Am I?
I know what it’s like to go from feeling comfortable and financially secure and looking forward to my life after retirement … to experiencing an event that throws your life into chaos and makes you realize that you were not financially prepared for this!
I know because it happened to me … a layoff that I NEVER SAW COMING! The 3rd one since turning 50-years old!
Oh sure, I beat myself up for not planning and preparing better.
But then I took action to overcome that situation … to create a plan for finally doing something I always wanted to do, … something that would be my own, … something that would make me feel valued and significant once again, … something that would use the knowledge, skills and time I already had been using for someone else’s profit and dreams… and use them to build my own dreams!
But something unexpected happened. I realized I was not alone and heard a call — “here is your new passion and purpose – help others transform and achieve their goals and dreams”.
From my experience with increasing rank and responsibilities in a US military career; leadership experiences and roles as a military officer and engineer / manager working with corporate professionals; ministering in a religious organization; from encouragement from those who know me; … and yes, from overcoming many challenges and failures along the way, I have created a “Your Next Stage” program and community with a mission to create one’s next season – their Next Stage – defined by purpose, impact, and balance.
The impact on me? It was now my choice, my future to build … taking me into the Next Stage of my career and season of my life.
And it’s my privilege and opportunity to share what’s possible … to do the same for you … to help you be who and what you want to become … and to help you create financial security, success, and happiness in Your Next Stage.

Myths and claims abound about the things you ‘won’t need’ or ‘will need’ … things like time, passion, money / capital, work, a business plan / strategy, skills / talents, or a lot of luck. So what is the truth?
I have found through my research, from the wisdom and experience of my trusted coaches, and from my personal experience that some of those things may be true — in some cases and to some degree.
But which ones do you really need and will, when you identify and leverage them, have the greatest impact and offer you the greatest chance of success in getting started?
In this module we will explore and discuss many factors … including to recognize your strengths, skills, talents, … which could lead to discovering your passion and purpose.
And in alignment with those factors and traits, you will gain clarity and identify exactly what you don’t need and what you do need to prepare and to launch your own online business.

- Shortlist the marketing channels that will help you attract your specific demographic audience and develop timeline-based goals of how to go about using these channels for reach outs.
- Nurture your list of contacts / prospects to leverage them to gain publicity when you are ready to launch your business.

In this two-part module you will focus on WHO will make your business successful and learn the real secret of success in any business — finding and meeting the needs and interests of your customers.
You will do that by learning to identify and establish your business niche, the importance of having branded YOU, ways to build your list of potential customers, why and how to conduct market research, and the best platform for your target audience to ‘see’ and come to your business.
